At Stephania's Corner my aim is to provide a true experience of relaxation, calm and peace... to allow your body to return to a positive, energised and harmonised state, rejuvenating both your body and mind.   

My background

I am a fully qualified  Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist and I posess a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Physical Education with Specialisation in Kinetic Therapy and Special Motricity. I also have full Professional Indemnity insurance and follow the United Kingdom Council for Physiotherapists Code of Ethics.

Over the last 4 years I have developed and nurtured an important client base in and around North West London.

Through an initial consultation to establish your condition, needs and expectations, I will I offer an unrivalled level of professionalism and will deal with each case on a personal basis to ensure every patient gets the treatment they need using unique holistic approach and techniques personally tailored for you as individual involving "Hands On" treatments, focus on finding and treating the source of your problem, reduce your pain and return you to your optimal level of activity.

I offer a range of variety of massage therapies such as Exfoliating body scrub massage, Anti-cellulite, Aromatherapy, Deep tissue, Full Body Massage, Sports, Swedish, Relaxing massage, Active/Passive Stretching, Joints Mobilisation and Specific  Remedial Exercises. I can also help with all kind of injuries including –  bad blood circulation, muscle strains, ligament sprains and tendon pains, neck pain, back and lower back pain, frozen shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and foot injuries, ankle pain, arthritis and sciatica pain.
